If you don’t have a support plan agreement then we bill on the hour which includes :

  • Remote installation
  • Zendesk ticket creation and resolution
  • Teamviewer Monitoring support
  • Staff training
  • Diagnosis: GAT & Gantner Cloud Software
  • Teamviewer sessions
  • Whatsapp Comm Channel
  • Resolution: Contact within 24-48 hours GMT (9am – 6pm Mon-Fri)
