Emma Kinghorn –
We purchased an access control system from Wayne at Health POS in December 2019 for our brand new health and wellbeing facility. In March 2020 we purchased another access control unit for another door in the same business. Unfortunately, the world came to a stop for the best part of a year and like many our business remained closed for much of this time. Our access control units remained sat untouched for nearly 14 months. In May 2021 we were finally in a position to install the units, but unfortunately at the time we encountered a few issues with third party installers who repeatedly tried and failed to install the units. Wayne stepped in and couldn’t of done more to help us out which is incredible considering the amount of time that had passed since we purchased the units. Wayne was always available on the phone to assist and visited us on site twice to try and ensure we had a fully functional access control system – he always went above and beyond for us and was a constant source of support which was a breath of fresh air. Wayne is a man who doesn’t like to be beaten and beaten he wasn’t – we now have a fully functional access control system in place, a digital reader, and a credit card system which makes life much easier! We started our journey as supplier and customer and now we consider Wayne a friend of the team who will always be welcome at Wellington Wellbeing. Thanks very much to Wayne and his team.
