Services provided incur the following types of charge, whilst each service offered may have different fees:

Services purchased include a rolling contractual agreement (3,6,12 months & AD-HOC)and will be billed on a recurring basis based on your purchase choice and card stored on file to be billed for your specified terms by consent.
HealthPOS may provide insights in to your data through reporting and dashboards, which otherwise might be lost, HealthPOS does not present any data not already available within your systems.
Services purchased from HealthPOS are bound by these Terms of service.
Upon purchasing services from HealthPOS, you agree to provide the necessary access to your systems for HealthPOS to setup and support your business.
The on-boarding process with any of the HealthPOS services will identify system access requirements.
This Website is provided “as is,” with all faults, and HealthPOS express no representations or warranties, of any kind related to this Website or the materials contained on this Website. Also, nothing contained on this Website shall be interpreted as advising you.
All services provided by HealthPOS come with support and maintenance, they’re hosted by HealthPOS and updated automatically.
Providing a valid agreement is in place between you and HealthPOS, services are enabled to process your data and warranty support is provided.
You are obliged to follow the Terms of service provided on this page.
You are obliged to make payment for any Services provided by HealthPOS that you have entered an agreement for.
In the event that Terms of service are not followed, the agreement and services may be suspended or even terminated.
In no event shall HealthPOS, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, shall be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website or Services provided to you, whether such liability is under contract. The HealthPOS is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between HealthPOS and you in relation to your use of this Website and Services, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom (UK), and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the national courts located in the UK for the resolution of any disputes.
Hardware: For all packaging that is opened and unboxed and already installed with your software system, we are unable to accept returns unless the hardware is faulty and within the manufacturer warranty period.
If the hardware product is faulty and we are unable to fix and diagnose remotely then please send images of the product and packaging prior to us authorising a return.
If boxes are unopened and unused then a restocking fee of 25% will apply, images of those boxes will need to be sent as proof so we can get an RMA authorised for the return.
Our installation and support fees are non-refundable once work has been carried out.
Software : Once we have installed and configured your adapter/cloud software and api connections to your third party membership software and testing has taken place then we are not able to accept refunds.
